To help us achieve this goal better, we implemented a few guidelines regarding the process of placing an order offline. We hope that this will speed up the processing of your orders and make the shopping experience as pleasant as it can be.

If placing an order online, please, visit our website www.EssentialOilCollection.com (distributors must contact the warehouse to receive the wholesale prices online).
 
To order offline, please follow any of the 3 suggested ways to place an order:

1. Email us your order

Please, provide the following information EVERY time you place a new order
  • Full Name
  • Vivasan Number (if you don't have one, type "n/a")
  • Shipping address
  • List of items to purchase
We will invoice you by email. You will be able to pay for your order with a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Please, notice that the email address mail@essentialoilcollection.com is for managing online orders. If you send your order to this email it will take longer for us to receive and process it.

2. Text us your order

Please, provide the following information EVERY time you place a new order
  • Full Name
  • Vivasan Number (if you don't have one, type "n/a")
  • Shipping address
  • List of items to purchase
  • Your email address if paying through online invoice, otherwise we will contact you to receive a payment over the phone. If you are paying with a card that was previously used with us, please, include the last 4 digits of the card number with your order.
We also provide a convenience of contacting us with any questions through WhatsApp, Skype and Viber.

3. Call to place an order
